Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The town of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation of the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days at the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking routes.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

The location in the heart of the old town makes it very special. It is a charming town house, located on a pedestrian street a few meters away, where the Church of Blood and the Posada de Montcaire (two of the tourist spots to visit in Soller) are located. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind.
