La casa cuenta con cuatro habitaciones divididas en tres plantas, tres cuartos de baño, salón y cocina. Wifi, Smart TV. También tiene un gran jardín con barbacoa y dos niveles de piscina (una menos profunda para bebés y niños pequeños). El centro de Sóller, así como el principal supermercado están a menos de 10 minutos caminando. El puerto de Sóller, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche.
