In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. An interior staircase leads to the second floor where the living room, dining and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and TV. You can put a fold in case of going with a child. Two large windows allow access to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.
