Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. STR Permit #0135

Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
