In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. It is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere
