Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
