Our cosy horse-drawn wagon offers the perfect off-grid escape, surrounded by 100 acres of deciduous woodlands and wild meadows. We are a working smallholding, dedicated to creating a space where humans and nature can thrive together, increasing biodiversity, and making the most of the beautiful natural landscape of Devon. Cook on an open fire, spend your evenings relaxing and stargazing in the outdoor fire-heated bath, and try your hand at bird spotting – there’s plenty of wildlife to be seen!

The Horsebox is an Off-grid Tiny-house offering a unique blend of comfort and character. Situated within an open meadow shared to several Horses, atop of the Mendip Hills. You'll be in a fantastic location to explore Somerset; with Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar gorge and Wookey Hole on your door-step! Incredible viewing point 'Deer leap' just a short walk from the farm. This classy cabin boasts underfloor heating plus a wood burner; ensuring a cosy all-year round stay, with hot showers of course!

Price is per night per person - extra guests incur extra charge. Stay in an eco-project field, use as a base for exploring or simply stay where you are, enjoying the peace and quiet. Please be aware that low cost comes with a need for you to be environmentally sensitive to your water use and waste disposal. You can bring dogs (sheep in next field) and you can light a fire in the firepit. the caravan is in its own secluded spot a way from the hard standing, in wet weather wellies advised.

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

“Pippins” A cosy fully self-contained luxury cabin

Luxury shepherds hut, en-suite shower room & wood burner, set in an orchard. We run a licensed riding school, Red Park Equestrian Centre, & have many friendly horses & ponies. A fully self contained unit, well equipped - full size fridge, icebox, two ring hob, smart tv, wifi & a cosy bed. There is outdoor space with picnic bench & a wood fired pizza oven. Be aware there can be noise from a playground. You are within walking distance of the village with wonderful pubs, eateries & takeaways.

Woodbox Somerset -a quirky secluded woodland cabin

Welcome to our quirky little space in the Quantocks. A renovated wooden horsebox set in its own private ancient woodland, far from the madding crowd. Complete privacy with wood fired hot tub and outdoor shower. Full plumbed bathroom by July 2025. A huge deck and swing from which to watch the wildlife and the sunset. Waking distance to dog friendly award winning gastro- pub and direct access onto the hills - ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners. Quirky, rustic, peaceful and beautiful.

For those wanting to switch off and embrace the stunning, spectacular, surroundings and natural environment, or those new to camping that want to get out into the great outdoors, with a few home comforts, our Coombe Stargazer Geodomes could be just what you’re looking for. There is a decking area designed for relaxing days and evenings, boasting beautiful views of the captivating countryside. Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

Pippin Lodge

Each of our 4 lodges sleep 6 people and up to 2 dogs, in a King Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom and Double Cabin Bed. All the beds are made up with Egyptian cotton bed linen and cosy duvets. Each lodge has its own bathroom, complete with shower, flushing toilet, basin and heated towel rail so you don’t need to sacrifice on your creature comforts. Hot water is provided on tap, as well as your very own log burner to keep you toasty!
