Linda and Gary are fabulous hosts at this beautiful and peaceful glamping site. From booking onwards Linda sent us lots of really useful information on what to pack and what to expect - really handy when packing for three kids! When we arrived Linda and Gary were there to greet us and show us around. The honesty shop set up is brilliant! The tents themselves are well equipped and nicely kitted out - the views are stunning. We loved the pizza night. Everything is very well organised and really thoughtfully done. The kids loved feeding the farm animals with Gary too. The other campers were also really friendly and there was a great atmosphere. Would love to visit again.

We loved our stay in the yurt, which was spotless and homely, and we especially appreciated how private it was surrounded by gorgeous nature. Thank you for a lovely escape in such a special place!

It's a shame you can't rate somewhere more than 5 stars, as if you could Caroline's place would receive that. From the friendly and quick communication, and taking me on a tour of the nearby fields and villages, to a clean place that felt both homely and like you were on holiday at the same time. It was iddylic to be able to go to sleep in a peaceful place, and wake up to birds cheeping and a beautiful view outside your window. I could not think of a better host or place, and we will definetely be returning.

What a beautiful setting to relax and have fun with the children. We had a wonderful first night, unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to personal reasons but we will definitely be staying again and have recommended to family and friends.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Molly! Fabulous wagon with all amenities, great local walks and pubs from the door, and close to everything else Somerset has to offer. Private and quiet space with parking. David was a very friendly and responsive host. Would thoroughly recommend.

A wonderful little haven in a fabulously peaceful valley. Ideal place to get away from it all. Compact and cosy but with everything you need to relax. We had a lovely three nights escape, within really easy drive of Taunton. Great for my three year old as well as myself. I particularly enjoyed sitting out under the stars after little one was in bed. Amelia is a fantastic host and Penny is very welcoming and accommodating too. My daughter loved feeding the ducks, and seeing the goats and chickens. The trampoline was very popular too. We will definitely visit again as we have family in Taunton, and have found our home from home.

Our second visit to this unique getaway. Wonderful hosts, who left us to relax and enjoy the countryside and nature around us. It is a lovely, peaceful setting to literally get away from everyday nonsense. A short walk in one direction leads to the village of Okeford Fitzpaine, with a lovely little pub (Royal Oak). In the other direction is Shillingstone, with its quaint disused railway station with some static engines, a museum and a cafe. We love visiting this special place and will hopefully return again.

Eve is the perfect host for the place. She made sure that our group feels welcomed and comfortable at all instances. The whole experience was superb. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is situated in a very quiet and a secluded location with some amazing views of the farm and the greens. Highly recommended for a group who just want to chill, relax and spend time away from the city. The place is just the same as it looks in the photos with all the amenities listed. The place is so nice especially with nature lovers, secure and we have a privacy. Angus is approachable, quick to response with our messages. We really enjoyed staying in Angus place. We were thankful for extra bonus the 5 free range eggs.

Really enjoyed our stay there. It's nice & secluded, very quiet. Accommodation was clean & tidy. Host was nice & friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay there again.

We absoloutely loved our stay in the Bell tent. Steve and Donna were so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very clear and the tent itself was cosy and very well decorated. We would definitely come back to stay again and explore the area some more!

We loved our stay in this fabulous little place. The accommodation had all of the amenities needed, clean and comfy. A really peaceful and relaxing time. With fantastic views of the beautiful surroundings, rolling hills and star gazing from the deck. Would highly recommend.

I will be honest - we couldnt make it to Melanie’s caravan as our car broke down on our way. However, Melanie was very much kind enough in understanding our situation and very well handled it. Thank you Melanie. While it was unfortunate we could nt make it this time, we look forward for next time. great stay in the bus with the family on a bustling fun campsite. Some of the amenities are in the campsite rather than on the bus (coffee for example), but that was fine for us. Staff on site were great and helpful and messages from the owners were helpful and good fun.

We had an amazing couple of nights camping by the river with nothing but nature for company. Ideal location for exploring local area as easily accessible. Great little heritage railway station nearby, petrol station, pub and co-op all nearby too. Mark was an excellent host with great communication - it’s exactly what it says in tin - wild camping on a PYO farm with a portaloo for facilities. Enjoyed the fire pit and taking home some goodies from the farm. If you want ‘escape from it all’ with some human contact to camp in the countryside then we would 100% recommend. We got to choose where we pitched up and then that was us done. What a fab way to spend a 40th birthday weekend :) Thank you so much for hosting.

A wonderfully wonderful place with amazing views over the hills with the sunset. A beautiful tent with a lovely bed, very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely located and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Very welcoming family!
