We had a wonderful New Year's Eve stay at the house by the fountain, with a lot of warmth, joy, serenity, tranquility, hospitality and plenty of relaxation! The description of the place keeps exactly what it promises... actually much better ;-) The pool and sauna are very nice and well maintained. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love and warmth. We felt very comfortable and welcome to the Greß family. Thank you again for your incredibly warm manner, Ms. Greß. We're so excited! We will be happy to come back.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

The stay with Katharina was great. Dad's cottage is right on the bike path and quiet location. It is very cozy and well equipped, we felt very comfortable. Katharina is a great hostess, easy to reach, uncomplicated and friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay with you!

We were very satisfied with the stay. There are tons of toys for children. There is a great barbecue area and the house is well equipped. All in all, both the house and the garden are very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place with a lovely garden. Fully equipped, great for a few days stay! Even with some private problems that required us to stay at the location a little longer, this was not a problem and help was also offered. We would like to come back here!

We had 6 very nice days in the cottage of Barbara & Clemens despite the not so good weather. It is very quiet in a small town with a good inn. In the cottage, we felt right at home and we lacked nothing. You can go for a nice hike in the area.

We met with our family in the middle and enjoyed the time in the house! The kitchen is designed for many people and after we found the large knives, it was also perfectly equipped! It was as shown in the pictures. We felt right at home. Thank you for the great accommodation and our stay!

We spent our traditional 3-generation family weekend with 9 people in the Vis-a-vis-30. We lacked nothing! The briefing was competent and detailed, the equipment comfortable (worth mentioning a second refrigerator in the storage room), everything very clean. The seating area in the courtyard and the garden have a special charm. For our rather elderly parents, the stairs up were feasible and the accommodation in the yellow room with direct access to the bathroom was ideal. The bathrooms opposite the blue and green rooms significantly reduced the "morning congestion". The attic room is very spacious and the apartment in the outbuilding is also well equipped.

Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

It was a nice break in this special cottage. The directly adjacent road was more busy than expected, but even that could not reduce the recreational value. I'd love to come back.

The place is a dream, special, big, clean and with a lot of love for detail. Everything you need and we felt very comfortable right away. You can feel the love that has been put into the house. Dagmar welcomed us warmly, was very helpful and always there for us. Even small welcome gifts have delighted us! A modern Edeka within walking distance, a beautiful church opposite (which also rings at night, who is sensitive should use earplugs). We thank you for the wonderful accommodation and warmth!

My mother and aunt had a wonderful stay in Hammelburg! The apartment is fantastically beautiful and really something very special. Above all, the technical equipment and the bathroom inviting you to relax - simply great! The location is unbeatable central. The hosts are also perfect, very friendly, always available. It doesn't get any better! A clear recommendation.

We were with 3 couples and 1 dog for 3 nights in the Rothäuser Mühle. Bernhard and Susanne are great, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always helpful and approachable, yet mindful of guests' privacy. Great! We felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Everything your heart desires. Our dog spent the whole day outside on the spacious grounds and we didn't want to do a big city tour because it was so nice to sit there under shady trees and enjoy the free days together. We will be happy to come back!

A magical cottage with a great garden, ideal for a holiday with dogs. Many possibilities for activities with dogs all around, what more could you want. On the day of arrival, some nice surprises awaited us and our four-legged friends. Martina is a great and very warm hostess. Even the communication before the booking was fast and very accommodating. Even during our time in the Krusche house, we were always in contact. It was very nice to have the opportunity to get to know each other personally. We'll be happy to come back.
