The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance, set alongside our home. It’s a modern, compact studio with a kitchen/lounge area, comfortable double bed and a compact but functional shower room with sink and toilet. Ideal for couples or solo guests looking for a relaxed base to explore Worthing and West Sussex, or a comfortable stay for work. The space is very compact and not really suited to infants.
