Beautiful Villa with sea views located on the first line of the Portocolom Bay. Recently renovated in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 3 double rooms en suite. A studio with sofa bed and toilet. All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Elegant vacation home with large pool, outdoor kitchen, air conditioning, modern furnishings and wonderful views in Son Macia.  Until May 2022, the estate was extensively renovated, technically taken to the 21st century, but atmospheric and visually left in the Mallorcan style. The outdoor kitchen has a gas barbecue, a 3-burner gas stove, a charcoal grill, hot water and work surfaces. All bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning.
