Ca 10 min å gå til flere strender, og 20 minutters spasertur til Son sentrum med restauranter, kunstutstillinger, og konserter. Båtliv og ferje til Oslo på sommeren. Med bil ca 15 minutter til Moss, og 40 min til Oslo. Tusenfryd familiepark ligger ca 25 min unna med bil. God buss og togforbindelse fra/til Son Mulighet for lading av elbil mot ekstra betaling.

You live in a house from 1900. It has been an old school that has been converted into a detached house. The apartment is located on the 2. floor ( one stairs up from ground) and has its own entrance. We live on the ground floor. The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax. We have good parkingspace for cars and charger for electric cars There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to. This is an apparment where we welcome dogs

Find your inner peace in this brand new apartment in the heart of Son & a short 30 min escape from Oslo. The building used to be a busy restaurant and was recently developed to a charming apartment. The balcony has a sunset seaview overlooking the Oslofjord. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to recommended bakery, cafe, bars and restaurants. 1 bedroom + additional sleeping sofa in living room. Wifi, TV, all kitchen appliances, hotwater, bicycles & free parking included.

Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum.

Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg for 2 personer. Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

Boligen har 3 soverom, 2 stk med 1 seng på 80 cm, og 1 soverom med dobbeltseng 180 cm. Terasse med grill og spiseplass, trampoline. Nærhet til barnehager, skole og skog med fine turløyper. 10 min biltur til Moss, 20 min til Tusenfryd, 40 min til Oslo. Barnevennlig område.
