Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände sowie angrenzend auf einem großen Wanderparkplatz vorhanden. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.

Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.
