On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan run are right in front of the house. The nearest major ski resort is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.
