Our apartment in the outdoor area with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the wellness area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rain shower. From this you can also access the balcony directly from the bedroom. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, over the hallway you have access to a separate toilet. Like its amenities, the apartment is completely new.

The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Die Lage besticht durch direkten Zugang zu den schönsten Wanderwegen im Oberallgäu. Ein besonderes Juwel ist der große Garten, die Sonnenterasse mit Markise und kleinem Teich. Direkt am Haus befindet sich eine Garage, ein Carport und ein weiterer Parkplatz.
