Holiday rentals with a patio in Sorano

Apsistojome bute pas Luca ir viskas buvo tiesiog puiku! Butas jaukus, švarus, įrengtas ramioje vietoje – idealu poilsiui prie Bolsenos ežero. Labai patogu – vos nusileidus laiptais yra puikus restoranas, kuriame skanus maistas ir draugiškas personalas. Vos keli žingsniai ir gali maudytis ežere – vanduo švarus, o aplinka labai rami. Taip pat išsinuomavome laivą, kurį galėjome vairuoti patys – labai smagi patirtis! Netoliese aplankėme ir įspūdingą "mirusį miestą" Civita di Bagnoregio – tikrai verta pamatyti. Luca buvo labai paslaugus ir komunikabilus šeimininkas – viskas vyko sklandžiai nuo pradžios iki pabaigos. Tikrai rekomenduoju ir patys norėtume sugrįžti.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Monticchiello verbracht. Der Ort ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt nette Restaurants und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man so braucht im Urlaub. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Serpentinenstraße ist sehr schön. Mit Paola war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm.

We had a nice stay at Villa Emma. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the patio was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The apartment is close to a playground, shop, restaurants, and a quick drive to farms and surrounding towns. Deborah provided a crib for our baby and her restaurant had high chairs, which we really appreciated. The included breakfast at her lovely restaurant was delicious and convenient. She also left a welcome bottle of prosecco for us in the apartment. When we had car trouble, she quickly found a mechanic to look at our car. She was very responsive and helpful and made it a wonderful trip to Tuscany!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wir waren Ende Mai mit drei Teenagern bei Serena und Giulio zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist klar und gut geschnitten, jeder Schlafbereich verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem Dreibettzimmer kann man direkt auf eine sehr große, teilweise verschattete Terrasse treten. Je nach Wetter und Sonnenlage findet man zu jedem Zeitpunkt einen guten Platz - Sonne, Halbschatten, Schatten, Wind oder Windschatten, für alles gibt es ein Eckchen. Auf der Terrasse ist ein großzügiger Esstisch und drei Gartenliegen, so dass jeder ein Plätzchen findet. Wer sich bewegen möchte, kann eine Runde Tischtennis spielen. Ganz egal wo man sitzt, drinnen oder draussen, auf dem Liegestuhl oder am Tisch: Der Blick über den gepflegten Garten auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Hügel ist unvorstellbar schön. Wer es schafft, sich von dem Blick zu lösen, findet auf der Halbinsel bewirtschaftete und unbewirtschaftete Strände und nette Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke, Serena und Giulio!

This place was incredible, close to everything Orvieto has to offer and the host was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions for what to do with our time in the enchanting town.

Amazing place and would definitely be our number one place to stay when we return. Clean and spotless with luxuries like slippers are provided and some breakfast items too. Even a UK-Italy plug converter! Loved it! Thank you to Lucia, Luca and your mum! xx

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Letizia has a lovely slice of heaven here! I would highly recommend it. Peaceful and lovely but has everything you need. We enjoyed snuggling by a nice fire almost every nite!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

l' appartamento è molto grande, attrezzato e pulito. Romina è un' ottima padrona di casa. consigliato.

Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura, appartamento con tutti i confort, tutto molto curato anche nei particolari. Ma il punto di forza è Anna che ci ha coccolato con le sue attenzioni e prelibatezze.Un ospitalità "vecchia maniera" che ha reso il nostro soggiorno,se pur breve, indimenticabile!!!

Eleonora war immer erreichbar und auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir durften schon lange vor. der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit in das Apartment, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich herrlich groß. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, den wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in der Sonne genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Strasse. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt mit vielen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

I Tre Gigli è una casa piccola ma super funzionale. L'appartamento è nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente per un bel soggiorno per due o tre persone. Noi siamo stati in tre ( io, mio marito e nostro figli di 2 anni e mezzo) e non ci è mancato veramente nulla. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e, nei dintorni, c'è davvero tutto. La pulizia impeccabile. Federica una host super gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliato senza dubbio!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf. De accommodatie lag afgelegen wat voor de nodige rust en privacy zorgde. Bij aankomst kregen wij heel wat tips mee om in de omgeving te doen, daarnaast stonden de hosts tijdens het verblijf ook steeds klaar met extra tips.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. Von der großen Küche geht man auf einen Balkon mit Sonne am Nachmittag und vom Wohnzimmer auf einen kleineren Balkon mit Sonne zum Frühstück. Beide Balkone haben eine Traumsicht auf Todi, auch abends. Im Wohnzimmer stehen ein sehr großer Esstisch mit Stühlen und 2 Sofas. Alles ist top sauber und die Wohnung eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich habe mein Auto auf der kleinen Straße gegenüber geparkt, was optimal war. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Sackgasse und vermeidet somit viel Autolärm. Die Lage ist strategisch sehr günstig, um das wunderschöne Umbrien zu besichtigen. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen und kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
