Large bright newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 meters from the sea and Fisketången's popular swimming area, which has a kiosk and a crab-eating jetty. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Please note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Fantastic views of the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the Bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

A gem on popular Smögen with proximity to everything! Within walking distance, you can swim from the beach as well as from the cliffs. 10-minute walk to Smögenbryggan with its restaurants and shops. Around the corner, you have nice walking and exercise trails with a fantastic view of Sandön's cliffs. Grocery store a stone's throw away provides excellent service. Private parking is included in the rent and is adjacent to the apartment. Patio and balcony in two directions for the best sun exposure and plenty of space for socializing

Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Opposite Smögenbryggan, is this fresh apartment with the best view. One flight of stairs up with two balconies facing different directions. The apartment is newly built and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with hall, kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra mattress that can be placed next to the single bed, alternatively in the living room. I högsäsong (15/6-15/8) finns 3 bra restauranger inom cirka 400 meter. Stugan är byggd 2012 med golvvärme och hög mysfaktor. Från terrassen har du en vacker havsutsikt. Behöver du arbeta med datorn eller streama filmer så finns fiber med internetanslutning helt gratis. AppleTV finns i stugan.

Promenadavstånd till bad, gym med innomhuspool, cafe, pizzeria, uthyrning av båtar och kajaker, elljusspår mm. En halvtimmes promenad eller en kort cykeltur till Smögen och Kungshamn. Tre cyklar finns att låna.
