Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is in a 10-minute walking distance. At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is in the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that no TV / wifi is available and it is low ceilings. Dog and cat are located in the house above the apartment. Warm welcome!

In addition it is only a couple minutes walk away from Badholmarna - the best place to go swimming on a sunny day. The entire house is newly renovated and easily fits 8 people with room left to add baby cots should you need to. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement. Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.
