Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Soturac

We had a great stay at Xavier and Stéphane's. Stéphane welcomed us for the key handover, to show us the accommodation and give us instructions. He gave us good advice about places to visit as well as local shops. Very welcoming host and ideal place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

Very warm house, as if it were at home. The jacuzzi pool, even small, is more than an asset for relaxing. A true haven of peace😊😊😊

We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and an amazing view. Thierry was incredibly kind, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!

A lovely villa located in a peaceful and private location. Like most of this area, a car is essential but you can spend long lazy days here is comfort. The local contact was Stephane who was excellent throughout. Overall, a lovely family focused villa with a great pool and outdoor areas.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

Sophie's accommodation is very nice and renovated with quality materials. In addition, it is close to the center and shops while allowing you to enjoy a beautiful environment and calm. For a stress-free arrival, Sophie had made available to us: coffee, tea, condiments, etc. It was perfect.

Great stay at Isa and Ridwan's. Very good communication. Impeccable apartment, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It was a pleasure to stay there. Recommended!

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Excellent stay in La Frog that whistles, clean accommodation, well-equipped, comfortable bedding, very pleasant environment in the middle of nature, calm and peaceful. Responsive and available hosts. Central location allows easy access to all tourist spots in the area.

Charming cottage ideal for spending a few quiet days, close to many activities, restaurant, shops and hiking trail! Recommended!!

Great stay with friends. The house, the outside, the surroundings, everything is sublime we highly recommend this accommodation. What's more, the host David was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing to say everything is perfect 👌🏽

We had a short stay at Pierre's but it was successful. The accommodation is nice and we slept well. Pierre was receptive to our request for late arrival because of the big traffic jams encountered on the highway Friday night, the day before the extended weekend. Just one small downside, we only communicated via the Airbnb site, fortunately downloaded on the phone, which is not super simple when you don't have alerts like me. You have to log in to the mailbox or the Airbnb website each time. I'm a little disappointed that Pierre didn't give me his cell phone number, it would have been easier and more friendly. This is the first time in my many Airbnb rentals. I was a little surprised that my request for a phone number remained unanswered. We arrived late and left early the day after and had no direct contact, unfortunately.

We had a lovely week here. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and the house is great- inside and out but especially the garden and pool. Our kids loved it!

A rejuvenating and relaxing stay in a peaceful natural setting. A little corner of paradise well presented by its Host, welcoming and responsive to the needs of his guests. Our two dogs were able to enjoy this large fenced space safely. In short, we enjoyed this stay beyond our expectations!

We had an amazing 6 days. We adored the gite and we made friends with the chickens, the cat and a local dog. It’s amazing for children. And yet so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place

Melody and Dave have been great hosts. They recommended us places to visit and were very kind with us. The house is perfect to be warm in winter season. We had great time in the place.
