nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Pergola. malgré un petit désagrément à l'arrivée, notre hôte a été très réactif et nous a rassuré immédiatement . la maison est idéale pour les familles, le jardin clos, les configurations des chambres avec des salles de bains dédiées. vraiment incroyable. la maison est très bien équipée. Venus pour quelques jours, le temps de se dépayser et de découvrir la côte, nous avons grandement apprécié ce pied à terre, impeccablement aménagé et idéalement situé. Un logement de qualité, des conditions estivales, une jolie découverte de Soulac et de ses alentours, un cocktail avant l'été ! Merci Frédéric et au plaisir de revenir faire une pause...

Une très jolie petite maison avec jardin intimiste, très bien équipée intérieurement et extérieurement. Tout est parfait et décoré avec goût. L'accès plage et ville très facile. Valérie est une hôte bienveillante et accueillante. Ce sera un plaisir de revenir. Béatrice

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We were attending Soulac 1900 festival and this place is on the street to the railway station and closer to the town. New Lidl store just beyond the railway station. Off road parking was a choice factor. Would've liked to have been advised earlier in booking that bed linen and towels are not provided. We could have brought them with us and avoided an unnecessary additional expense. Other than that we had a good time and Soulac 1900 festival is well worth experiencing from this house.

Location and layout is superb, however, it is an outstanding accommodation with respect to functionality and meeting the needs of the user where the accommodation excels. The host has thought about how guests would feel comfortable within the accommodation superbly; from storage and layout, to utensils and and cookware. We felt very much at ease from making breakfast to washing our clothes. Communication was excellent; we understood how to check-in clearly and Xavier was incredibly helpful with checking out. Further to this Xavier procided us with a number of great recommendations during our stay. We would certainly look to stay with Xavier again when we return to Bordeaux.

A lovely warm and friendly welcome. Always available for tips and recommendations. Lovely linens and comfortable lounge and beds. Beautiful claw foot bath in one bathroom and great shower in the other bedroom. Central toilet off the living area. Good coffee machine ;), dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Good sized fridge and freezer. Any queries or requests are promptly addressed. Lively, boisterous and wonderfully multi cultural environment on Rue St Catherine - the longest pedestrian street in Europe! St Catherine tram stop 1 minute walk. Thankyou for a great week in Bordeaux.

Nous avons passé un super week-end à Montalivet. Le logement est très bien placé : proche du marché et de la grande rue attractive ! Un peu de bruit le soir car la ville est très animée. Cela nous a pas du tout dérangé. Le balcon est un vrai plus☀️

Lea’s place was amazing - location in the heart of the historic district with balcony views to one of the ancient city gates. We traveled here for my dad’s 70th birthday and could not have been happier with the home. Lea was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Odile es una anfitriona de 10 y su apartamento una auténtica maravilla para hacer turismo en Burdeos. Estuvimos muy cómodas allí y visitamos la ciudad muy tranquilas, pudiendo dejar aparcado allí el coche en garaje cerrado. Está muy bien comunicado y es un espacio con todo lo que puedas necesitar y lleno de detalles que lo hacen único. Muy recomendable tanto el lugar como la anfitriona.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans l'appartement très bien situé de Marielle et Jean Claude. Nous avons pu profiter de leur superbe terrasse. La résidence est très bien entretenue et très calme. Leurs conseils pour visiter la région ont été d'une grande aide. Un grand merci à tous les deux pour les petites douceurs aussi. Nous recommendons vivement.

L'appartement de Virginie est idéalement placé. Petit studio coquettement meublé. Rien ne manque. Par ailleurs la communication avec Virginie est fluide et très sympa. A recommander pour de courts séjours. Merci Virginie

We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again if ever in Bordeaux! Every detail was thought out in the apartment and you will want for nothing. I was beyond impressed with all the extra amenities they provided. Plus having a great AC unit in the 90+ degree weather was amazing!

Die Unterkunft ist super. Das Bett war bequem und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in der Unterkunft und hatten quasi keine Nachbarn! Gaëlle ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Gelegenheiten direkt kümmert und immer schnell antwortet. Das Meer ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der See (Plage du Moutchic) ist auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Apartment befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wenn man einen Tag nach Bordeaux möchte, kann man super zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Marie Curie laufen. Die Anlage, auf der sich das Apartment befindet, ist gepflegt und besitzt sogar einen Pool. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür verfügbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Great House with two bedrooms, terrace and everything you need for a stay in this region. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend!
