Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Despite a small inconvenience on arrival, our host was very responsive and reassured us immediately. the house is ideal for families, the enclosed garden, the bedroom configurations with dedicated bathrooms. really amazing. the house is very well equipped. Coming for a few days, time to get away from it all and discovering the coast, we greatly appreciated this pied à terre, impeccably furnished and ideally located. Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We were attending Soulac 1900 festival and this place is on the street to the railway station and closer to the town. New Lidl store just beyond the railway station. Off road parking was a choice factor. Would've liked to have been advised earlier in booking that bed linen and towels are not provided. We could have brought them with us and avoided an unnecessary additional expense. Other than that we had a good time and Soulac 1900 festival is well worth experiencing from this house.

The ideal house to spend your holidays, whether with friends or family! The accommodation is very well thought out, nothing is missing. The mezzanine is a magical place for children, but also for adults! Yes, there is the superb location but also the accessibility of the place and the flexibility of our host. It's so fabulous that we'll remember the address to come back soon!

A fantastic appartement with gorgeous views and everything as described! The location can’t be beaten right in the centre and the balcony is gorgeous. I was nervous about there only being a sofa bed but it was a pretty comfy one. There is a very very noisy bar underneath the apartment which is annoying when it’s hot and you need to leave the windows open. The fan helped! Overall I think it’s a great apartment for a few nights and great value.

Everything went wonderfully well in Romain's accommodation. Nothing is missing, once the car is parked everything can be done on foot (beach, shops, restaurants) Romain is very, very responsive. Recommended +++

As soon as we arrived, we were touched by Nelly's simple welcome who tells us the story of this house. Although close to the charming town of Soulac we are in a haven of peace, lulled by the roar of the ocean in the distance. Full of different relaxation areas are offered to us and we enjoy the holidays in peace, with our feet in the sand. The beach is within walking distance, the bakery in a few pedals. The car didn't move much. The house is very well equipped, up to the ambient lamp for the outdoors that our daughters loved. The garden furniture surper comfort. Small downside on the sound insulation with the apartment above but let's say it's a "home watch" talking.;-) Otherwise everything was perfect! Thanks Nelly!

Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a stone's throw from the beach. The little extra is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responded very quickly

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

We rented Vandy's apartment for the weekend. It was perfect. The instructions were clear and detailed, making it easy to find the access point. The apartment was large and functional, close to everything A private parking space is really a significant plus We'll be back for a future stay, that's for sure.

The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes' drive. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.
