THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1.5 HOURS FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL COMMERCIAL FACILITIES. This place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

small barn near Massat

ideal accommodation for nature lovers in search of simplicity. the barn is adjoining my house with an independent entrance, it is located in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the heights of Massat. the barn is located at 750 m altitude, to access it there is a rustic track over 800 m then you have to walk 20 m. In heavy snow, access will be by snowshoe as the track becomes impassable. Massat is a village with all amenities.
