I highly recommend staying here. The house is comfortable and nicely remodeled. Backyard and patio are fun. Host, Artlet, is kind and responsive.

Amber was very responsive with messages. Very quick to assist when looking for an item. We appreciate a local place to stay when visiting family in the area!

This place was awesome just like the pictures. Such a perfect relaxing atmosphere for family vacations. The guide book provided was so helpful, the beach was about a 20 min drive but so worth it. Highly recommend.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing. If your looking for a spotless clean place that has nice air conditioning, an awesome shower, and the most comfortable beds with soft cozy sheets, then this is the place to stay! It even has a bonus enclosed patio area with comfy chairs to chill in. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.. Thank you for the great stay!

Such a beautiful home! Great location! Only 6 minutes from Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, and the water. Everything was so inviting. If I had any questions, the host was responsive within a minute or two. The house was spotless. Highly recommend this place!!

This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. It was a short drive to Siesta Keys and downtown Sarasota. I couldn’t ask for a better host or better location. 1000% recommend!

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

My partner and I had a great time at Turners place! Very comfortable place in a safe, quiet, and private area. I would 100% come back and recommend to those looking to stay near the water! Had an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetics of the property! The inside was nicely decorated and the outdoor patio area was beautifully landscaped and felt very tropical. Everything was very clean with a nice king size bed. Felt very spacious, especially with 2 full bathrooms. Only downside is that it is hard to wheel in luggage from the driveway to the back of the house. If it was a concrete or paved path it would have been much easier to transport our luggage to the rear of the house. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! Thanks Rick, if we have the need to return to the Ellenton/Bradenton area, you will for sure be on our list of places to stay.

We were 3 adults (1 couple+a single adult) so the accommodations were just perfect. The amenities provided were very helpful, from kitchen supplies to beach/pool equipment. The location is great. Quick ride to the grocery store, restaurants and so much more. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Debra

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

The perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Location was quiet, just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed many local spots! Funky Flamingo was adorable as pictured, clean and great communication. We enjoyed our stay 🦩 and can't wait to visit again.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I loved our stay at Julia’s place! It was perfect for our short 6 day stay and had everything we needed. It was very clean and super affordable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend her place to anyone!
