Tiny house holiday rentals in South Bruce Peninsula

My sister and I had a wonderful week! The cabin is clean, well-appointed and surprisingly close to the beach. Labour Day Weekend was busy but everyone was friendly and respectful, and everyone abided by the the 11pm quiet rule. This cabin is ideally located. It is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the Sauble Beach strip and the town of Sauble Beach is a great take-off point for a wide variety of day trips, shops and restaurants in Southhampton, Port Elgin, Owen Sound, Tobermory. The sunsets and the gorgeous blue-green water will knock you out. If you have any beach-bum in you, this is the place for you.

The cottage was comfortable, in a good location, and included all the things we needed. We’re a family of four with a teenager and young child. Our youngest was thrilled to find a box of toys to play with, and our eldest loved the lake frontage. I found the kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and as the summer heat hadn’t yet arrived, Gencay left space heaters for the bedrooms, which kept us plenty warm. Great, relaxing stay overall. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

It was great stay. Though weather was not hot enough to enjoy water activities. Host was very responsive. House was very clean and tidy. Only hardship we faced is having to carry our sheets, blankets , comforters which take up quite a lot space in the car trunk even though we had 2 cars.

Carina’s place is a small gem - cozy, neat and beautiful with a wonderful backyard. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Amazing couple of days in the cozy A Frame! We enjoyed catching up by the fire, unwinding in the sauna and exploring the trails on site. Milena and Johnny were welcoming hosts! Will be back for sure!!!!

The weather wasn’t great while we were visiting Sauble Beach, but Charles’ cool Cottage made up for it: plenty of room for hanging out, reading books and chatting; and an excellent outdoor kitchen set up for when the rain let up. The place is filled with memorabilia and reading material to keep one distracted during poor weather. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunkbeds. There are an additional two double beds in a bunkie across the driveway. Outdoors there are several different sitting areas under the trees, or on the front porch… So you can definitely get away from your travel companions! :-) We were only there two nights, but will definitely be reaching out on our next trip to Sauble Beach!

Great little beach house for our family of four and pup! The resort is quiet and very relaxing. The pool, beach and kayaks were a big hit with our kids. We appreciated the puzzles and boards games on our last day, when it rained.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The home was just as stunning as in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect escape. Emma & Justin were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed taking a walk on the trail right off their property, and the evening fires were a highlight of our trip. We also had some fantastic meals at the local restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay at this tiny home! It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location—peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore the area (steps from the beach) The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

Jennifer was great. We all loved the space. Very cozy and beautiful view. Also enjoyed the kayaks and hanging at the dock. Wasaga Beach is nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach. There is an awesome cafe on site by the cottages which was fantastic. Overall a Greta experience. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Beautiful space and super responsive & accommodating hosts! The place looks exactly like the photos and was a really nice space to spend the week. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that the neighbours are pretty close on all 3 sides so it does impact the privacy of the backyard at times!

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Beautiful home and very relaxing. The area is very private, while not being very far from restaurants and other things you need. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Loved how quiet it was. It was really comfy and exactly what we were needing. Everything we could of needed was thought of and provided.

Beautiful home with everything you need for a good time. The couches were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Outdoor amenities has patio furniture with plenty of seating. The firepit was easily accessible, and the hot tub was a great addition. All the bathrooms were clean and had everything as listed. The host was very responsive, and provided us with clear instructions promptly before check in and prior to check out. Overall, our party had a fantastic time, will stay again!

Great stay! Clayton was helpful and accommodating. The tiny home was perfectly-decorated and had everything we needed, super comfortable, and the wraparound deck was a great spot to hang out. The property is beautiful with easy river access—and Khaleesi the tour dog was a fun bonus. We’ll definitely be back.

Shawn was very responsive which I appreciated a lot. The place is so peaceful and quiet, there are 2 beaches down the road (no one is ever there, it's so nice). The cabin had everything there and more, as described as well. It's in a small community, two 'corner stores' around the area, had everything I needed and lots of places to stop for firewood. Wonderful place.

We are so happy to of had the chance to be back in the place we call "the cow place". Although we didn't get to see any cows this time and it was unseasonably chilly, we still were so cozy by the fire, enjoyed the quiet and buried ourselves under a mountain of blankets at night. As usual, it was exactly what the doctor ordered and we will of course be back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at the boxcar. Truly unique accommodation surrounded by nature. Deborah made the experience very pleasant making sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Nikki’s family cottage is truly a gem outside of the city. I stayed in her property for a quick 3 day solo R&R with my dog. This was the perfect property for my dog to play around and let out his zoomies. Also, there were so many spots in the property to lounge around with my glass of wine in hand. The river was perfectly shallow for me to walk on the rocks, with my water shoes, ofcourse. The cottage was clean and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with all your needs and they’ve got plenty of throwback DVD movies to choose from. Nikki’s house manual and rules were very clear and easy to follow. She was also quick to reply back when needed, leaving me not to worry. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Nikki + Family!
