Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Congress, Austin

Amanda's place was absolutely perfect for our family! We needed temporary housing for our family of four and our two pups, and we could not have found a better option. The house is super cozy, and feels more like a home than a rental. (The beds were sooooo comfy.) Above all, Amanda was just awesome -- very responsive, flexible when we needed an early checkin AND a late checkout, and just generally a really sweet person. Thank you, Amanda!

Beautiful house, exactly as described. Had my sister’s baby shower with Lynda’s permission and it was perfect for the event. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we’d need! Love this place :)

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home. The home itself is stunning. It’s nestled in the Tarrytown neighborhood in Austin. The pool was exquisite. The home had lots of added touches like luxury linens and towels, and the showers felt like the ones at the spa. This home was extremely conducive for families with children, as it had a play room and lots of extra space. We were sad when our trip was over and hope to come back and stay again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

I stayed here while my daughter was at orientation on campus. The location and affordability could not be beat for a visit to campus, and I was in easy walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Hosts were also easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions.

We absolutely loved our stay in the SKYHOUSE! Everything was perfect and absolutely spotless. It was by far one of the most peaceful and memorable stays that we’ve ever had. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. We loved it so much that we want to come back every year.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

This is a beautiful, secluded home with so much to do for families. You can hike and swim on site. You can find shade and sun around the pool any time of day. The porches in the front and back of the house and the large living room and kitchen area provide a wonderful place for families to hang out, play and visit.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cute, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy. My friends and I had an awesome time at this location! Perfect for a large group, plenty of sleeping options, a few cute restaurants within walking distance, but the rest of town is quick drive away. Highly recommend!
