Beautiful space both inside and outside. Location connected to the animal farm and bakery was so charming. Location was perfect for the family reunion nearby. Easy parking. Clear communication made the stay seamless.

Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and helpful, even sharing great local restaurant recommendations. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything our family needed. The location was perfect — lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in New York City. Highly recommend!

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

What a great stay ! Robert is fantastic, welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay! My son wanted to play his guitar and needed a few strings Robert went above and beyond by having those strings and giving them to him, such a thoughtful gesture. Place is great has everything you need! Turn the AC on and the provided fans and it’s plenty cool enough. Backyard pool is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

The location was perfect for our trip to the Statue of Liberty. Liberty Park was just a short drive away. The space was clean and had excellent amenities. Although the weather didn’t allow for us to enjoy the pool, it looked clean, relaxing, and inviting. The PS5 kept my boys entertained due to the rainy weather. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in instructions were clear and made getting inside the property easy. Islam was a great host and messages were answered timely and informatively.

Adorable place just enough space for our needs, open floor plan, clean and accommodating. Our dogs loved it, thankful to have a space that we didnt have to worry about their safety while on vacation with us. Host was informative and responsive. A 20 minute drive to Jones Beach. Quiet, pristine neighborhood. Highly recommend if traveling with your four legged kids!

Great stay, no issues with finding the building/room.

We stayed here for a layover in JFK and it’s ideally situated beside the airport and only a short 7-10min walk from Howard’s Beach Train Station which connects to the AirTrain and the A line Subway to Manhattan so it’s perfect location. We are a family of 6 and had loads of space.. the 2 bathrooms was very useful and the place was spotless. It’s a nice option instead of having to pay the price of 2-3 hotel rooms.. and Joanna was great at communication the whole time.. I would highly recommend this apartment.

My sister, my neice and nephew were all very happy with the Air B n B. It was truly like a home from home, it was clean and tidy and had all the immenities necessary for our stay. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I shall be returning to NYC next year and plan on staying at Kevin's great Air B n B spot, subject to availability, as it's very popular. Had a great stay here and Joy was very helpful and responsive. The place was comfortable and felt right at home.

Angela's house was a great place to stay! It looked just like the pictures, very stylish! The location was fabulous! It was a quiet, safe neighborhood just a few short blocks to restaurants, a great bagel shop, wine store and grocery store! We walked around a lot and enjoyed the surroundings. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The kitchen is not very big, but had everything we needed to cook several meals each day. She provided coffee and sugar and a good assortment of spices, that was helpful! I would absolutely stay here again!
