Booked this for a last minute trip with 2 infants and 2 elderly. Michael was very responsive and proactive. He kindly offered us kayak/easy ups, though we didn't get to use them. Location is amazing! You could just walk to the beach. Very close to Safeway/Kings Beach/North Tahoe Beach. Being on the first floor helped our group. Everything felt much better than the photos! The unit had everything one would need while staying.

This is our second time staying here and it is perfect for our needs while visiting family in Reno. Situated in a quiet residential area near the University of Nevada's Reno campus, the apartment is large and well equipped and the location is perfect. It is only minutes from the interstate, supermarkets, restaurants, and local parks and downtown Reno is close enough to walk to. Vicki and Greg are marvelous hosts and quickly respond to any questions one might have whether it is something related to the apartment or local things to do in the area. We look forward to again renting from them next year during our annual visit to Reno.

The apartment was great and conveniently located to make it a short drive into town and about 20 minutes to Northstar. We encountered a small fire nearby and a power outage and the hosts handled it wonderfully!! Overall great stay.

Janelle was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time meeting the family and the adorable dogs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free experience. Definitely looking forward to returning!

Really enjoyed staying at Juliet's place - looked exactly like the listing, and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The daybed was super comfortable as well to lounge on and watch tv from. Kitchen was well stocked w appliances (water boiler, toaster, microwave) and a full size fridge and stove - though note no dishwasher! We cooked almost all our meals at home and had no issues. TV was hooked up w a Roku for streaming needs, and internet was fast. About 15-20 to Palisades which was convenient, and 5 min into town. Also walkable (10min) to a small beach by the lake which was really nice. Host sent us photos of a mama bear and her cub strolling by the meadow beyond the house which was so cute (and so bummed we missed it live when it was happening)! Recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved staying here. Great location within Incline Village. Both Leo and Kathy were very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend their place and plan to visit again in the winter.

Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

Waking up to breathtaking views of the lake and pine-covered hills felt like a dream. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck~watching the sunrise, enjoying the fresh air under the stars, or curling up on the sofa watching movies after a day on the lake.. every moment was picture-perfect. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, a quick walk to the lake, short drive to shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The hosts were exceptional: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our stay very special. They even left us a welcome basket with local snacks! Bradley and Alyona were great hosts. Excellent communication and very attentive. The Airbnb was beautiful, well decorated and clean. It’s located next to great hiking trails and other Lake Tahoe activities. The jacuzzi was a plus and we appreciated the welcome package left by Bradley and Alyona. I highly recommend booking with them.

We had such a wonderful time in Reno with The Cupcake as our home base for the weekend! Nicky was so sweet and responsive leading up to our trip, during and afterwards. The space was clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. It is a short walk from restaurants and coffee shops while still feeling private and peaceful in a cute neighborhood. We will definitely book with Nicky again the next time we visit!

The location was good for the soccer game. We were playing this weekend. My daughter enjoyed the stay with her husband and my son.

Rachelle is the consummate host. She really cares that her guests have a great experience. We didn’t book until 7pm. She had a cleaning service there that evening so we can get right in. I highly recommend Rachelle’s place for an Airbnb experience for all the goodness reasons!

Had a retreat seminar nearby. This place was exactly what we needed to separate ourselves from the intensive of the seminar to rest and refresh ourselves. Quiet but nearby

Nestled just a short walk from El Dorado Beach, this accommodation has everything you need for a quick stay in Tahoe. It’s peaceful, with plenty of places within walking distance. I’d be happy to stay here again for the next AMBBR!

Matched the description. Very grateful for pet friendly stays so we could bring our fur babies along to visit family. Perfect location for us since I have sisters in Sparks and Carson. The walls were very thin and the toilet having stairs was strange and stubbed our toes, however, the pictures displayed exactly what it looked like. The neighbors do have other dogs that would walk right up to the window doors which made it hard with a reactive dog but that is out of the owners control. She gave detailed instructions that were easy to follow. We loved our stay.

The place was as described and it was a great location to ski at Kirkwood. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

We just finished a great stay in a perfect location on the water. Owner has a fantastic dock only steps from the door. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Host had excellent communication. Will book again for our next trip.

Eli is an awesome host. His Airbnb is a great example of what other Airbnb experiences should be. The location is nice, private and quiet and has everything you'll need for an extended stay in Reno.
