Cottage holiday rentals in South London

Everything was perfect for my colleagues stay! Check in was easy and we had no issues. Would happily stay again!

This was an amazing property. It was very peaceful and beautiful! It was close enough to London driving but still in the countryside where it was relaxing and away from the busyiness. I would recommend this property to others!

The cottages are in a beautiful location, with precise locations from Doug which made it easy to locate. The house was well kept and the hot tub was a brilliant addition with instructions on how to operate if unsure, the hospitality was great. As well the grounds around the church and cottage’s are kept to tip top condition. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

Lovely place in beautiful surroundings with great walks from the door. Perfect for a relaxed couple of days and the weather was on our side!

Me and my family stayed here for the night, it was a beautiful place lovely and peaceful with a nice garden to enjoy the weather. The kitchen and living space was lovely and had a homely feel to it and we had lots of utensils and other things to help us out. The bedrooms were pretty great however the only slight issue was that the pull out bed had to be propped up and we couldn’t find any duvet or pillows. The whole place was so beautiful and clean so it was very very much worth the price we paid and if I have any other events in the area I will be contacting Kate again!

It’s honestly the first place we’ve stayed at I Reigate that felt homely and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The entire place feels warm. Well done David

Nice English Cottage with a big back yard! Very convenient check in hour! On site parking is a plus! Though Lyne Lane near the Cottage is kind of dangerous to get in and out! The mirror on the pole opposite to the drive way does little to help! Anyhow, my family enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little place! Gorgeous walk through woods on your doorstep, dog friendly, and lovely bedroom and bathroom! Nice garden area too, and parking right outside. There’s no oven or hob but the listing does explain that!

A super relaxing stay at this lovely cottage. We visited nearby ightham mote and great comp garden. Graham was great in terms of checking that everything was all fine. Definitely would return.

We stayed at Lee's for four months while my husband was shooting a movie at the nearby bovingdon airfield. This is the perfect location in terms of proximity to the studio. The place is very clean, quiet and peaceful. There are footpaths at the end of the driveway to a sprawling forest, ending at the common where there's a nice pub. You'll need a car here to reach most things, but this was expected in the countryside. The shower is a little small for tall people (my husband), but otherwise the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need. Lee even had the place cleaned once a week, included in the fee. A great option for filmmakers who don't mind being in the country.

What a lovely place to stay! The cottage was incredibly clean, comfortable and really well equipped. I must have overlooked on the description that the bathroom was downstairs which was a bit inconvenient at night but we made it work. The host always responded quickly to any of my questions and was really helpful. In fact she was the best air b&b host we have experienced. Thank you Allison! I would definitely stay again but i would like to feed back that the bedroom curtains could do with being updated. It would be helpful to have blackout curtains at all the bedroom windows as the current curtains are very lightweight and so the sun woke us all up very early and my son wasn’t then able to go back to sleep. The master bedroom shutters also don’t keep out much of the morning light either. But everything else was wonderful.

Truly a unique house in an amazing setting - a view of the tides on the Thames! A home 400 years old, with quirky steep staircases and full of charm! The views and people-watching opportunities were amazing, and it was so close to the Underground that we could go anywhere in London easily. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and had convenience stores a few minutes away. Our host responded immediately to questions, and provided everything we needed to feel at home. There were also many recommendations for eating out and visiting nearby attractions. The only drawback for us was a nearby pub that kept later hours than ours on the weekend, but the bedroom downstairs was always very quiet. For an immersive experience of living in England you would get nowhere else, this is the perfect place to stay. We loved it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—but the real standout was the host. So kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend!

Norsey Cottage was absolutely wonderful and Matt was so accommodating for us and made check in super easy. Would easily give 6 stars if possible! The cottage is cosy and comfortable with everything you need, And was perfectly located to get us into London as its so close the train station, the high street has so many restaurant's close by too. cannot recommend enough, Thanks again Matt! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
