Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Herons is totally unique, a beautiful detached lodge situated on the banks of the River Thames. Beautiful interiors and the views are simply wonderful from sunrise to sunset. Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included. The cottage is located in a unique rural setting , surrounded by open countryside and spectacular views yet two minute walk to the centre of Kingham village, which boasts two exceptional Gastro pubs. Daylesford Organic a two minute drive or a 25 min. walk through beautiful Cotswold countryside, Soho Farmhouse and Diddly Squat Farm shop a short drive. There are a wealth of stunning Cotswold market towns on the doorstep.
