My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Great place! Absolutely perfect for myself and perfect for a couple. Walking distance to the beach, clean and nice. Eric answers all messages very quick and is a great host I’ll be coming back soon with my girlfriend. Awesome stay!👍🏽

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Lisa was a great host, and paradise by the beach is an awesome place to stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and our older teens) just loved being able to have a lot of space (compared to the hotel rooms on st Pete beach) and a full kitchen and a close walk to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes to get an ice cream at night, and it was so easy and convenient to pack up the chairs and umbrella and walk over to the beach. The walk is actually shorter than the resorts we have stayed at on spb. It was kind of like settling into our home by the beach—very comfy and convenient with everything we needed. Lots of tvs, lots of space, easy to get around. I also liked having a fully equipped kitchen—only made dinner one night, but everything we needed was there! We’d definitely again and prefer it to the other resorts we have stayed at. It’s less expensive, more convenient, and a lot more space. Thank you so much, Lisa! We hope your space is available next time we come down!

We didn't arrive until dark; the unit was a little hard to find. The carport parking space was extremely tight for our truck. The unit was very well decorated inside and every space was utilized perfectly. It was clean and well maintained. We had several activities planned but we ended up just staying there, hanging out with others and relaxing. I sat on the dock every morning drinking my tea, watching the water. We felt like we were secluded from things for a short time. Dinner out was as much as we wanted to leave there. Publix was very close so that made it easy to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. The only thing that would have made it better is if we brought our boat and kayaks. Bring a book, lay out by the water, watch the dolphins, and even manatees go by. Others were fishing. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Kids loved the pool! Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the outside patio . Kitchen had everything needed . Def would stay again

Great place to stay, I would recommend to any small family or couple looking to enjoy the gulf coast and all it has to offer. The unit is comfortable and well taken care of. 10 out of 10!

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

We just loved this place ! Beach chairs and towels were so nice to have. The view from the balcony is amazing . This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean ! The tiki bar was a fun addition too. Everyone was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back !

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very spacious and clean. We were just a short walk across the parking lot and your on the beach. Beautiful beach decor with a full kitchen for cooking meals. It is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, but we knew that prior to arriving, just be prepared to carry your stuff up and down the steps. It had a very nice private balcony where you could see the beach and the ocean. Also, the pool was great and is right in front of the other building which was also very close and convenient, plus the kids loved it. The beach there is amazing with the most gorgeous water and sand I’ve ever seen. We loved it there, the only problem was we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful, clean place to stay in a great location! Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

Island Inn Resort #304 was the best room. Everything was perfect. Every little detail was thought out perfectly by Rebecca. Everything was spotless. Beach chairs and umbrella was much appreciated and made our trip that much more relaxing. We walked to everything even though it’s a mile or two, we didn’t mind because the spot was more of a private beach setting. Everyone was so nice and Rebecca is the best host!! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!!

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

We were hurricane gypsies for three weeks before we found the place, which had also been in the path of Hurricane Helene. Moving in was a close thing as power was out in the neighborhood, which had looked like a war zone. But Tyler and Angela had their property cleaned up and ready to go so that when the power came on the evening we arrived, the move in was easy and we were able to breath easy. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the area is coming back to life, and more restaurants are opening everyday. We’re looking forward to moving back to our home when it’s been restored, but until then, this is the next best thing.

This cottage was lovely, would recommend to anyone. It was cozy and comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. Marisa was very responsive and flexible!

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

We stayed here for a week and we loved it. It was the second time staying in Saint Pete and our first time staying in this condo and we would most definitely come back. The place was clean the beds and furniture were comfortable and nice. It’s in a great location right across from the beach anytime I had a question they answered it promptly and I had no issues with anything. The weather was a little crappy for a couple days but overall our experience was very good. I do recommend! I put a three star rating on the price, but that’s because I think everything is overpriced. It’s pretty comparable to everything else around it.

We loved our stay at this place! It was perfect for a couple. It was very nice. The only thing was there is a door that opens to outside in the bedroom. You could hear the road at night but it wasn’t super noisy and we slept just fine. The apartment is very nice! You can tell it’s been updated. Very nice kitchen and new fridge. VERY close wall to the beach! Less than 5 mins. There is a public beach access right across the street. We would stay here again! They were very quick to respond. We asked for the umbrella and had it within 5 mins.

We couldn’t get over how convenient this condo was! The complex itself is in an ideal location (a quiet community tucked in between the busier areas). But we kept remarking that the unit was probably the most convenient location in the whole complex. It was literally steps from the condo to the elevator/stairs, steps to the pool, and just a few more to the beach. Transitioning our 3 young kids from one thing to another is not always easy, but Annie’s place made it effortless and it truly felt like a vacation for all of us! By day two, we were already talking about booking it again!

Ben’s place was great!!! Beautiful views of the gulf, beach and pool. Many walkable restaurants that served great food!! His place was well stocked including beach chairs, towels and umbrella!! The pool was exceptional with plenty of lounge chairs and very clean!! Would definitely recommend!!

Picturesque location, beautiful view of the water! Exactly as shown in the pictures very clean and well appointed. It was a pleasure doing business with Olga. She is pleasant and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
