Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Portland

We had a great weekend at the house! It was big enough for our bachelorette party of 13, with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We had an issue the first morning with fire alarms going off and Rachel was extremely responsive and prompt in getting the problem resolved. Would recommend staying here if you are looking to have a fun Portland weekend with a larger crowd!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Check-in was a breeze w/ wonderful detailed instructions for the house and region sent in advance. This house is awesome, pristine clean, beautifully decorated and outfitted. Totally turnkey set up as they thought of everything one might need to cook, relax, sleep, explore and enjoy your visit! It's very evident that these hosts want their guests to have an exceptional experience and we did! Beds were comfy along with plenty of high quality linens and supplies. We truly cannot wait to return on what will be our regular road trips to Maine! We toured Boothbay, Chebeague Island, Brunswick, Portland, Kennebunkport, Freeport and Ogunquit while we were there. Yarmouth is awesome with super friendly locals! Close by, we found Rosemont Market, Maggie Mae's Cafe and Royal River Grille convenient options among many good ones in the area. Thanks to our host for the wine & chocolate!

We stayed at Rob and Nate's place while we visited Portland and the surrounding area over the long weekend. It was the perfect choice! They were great hosts. Their home was in a beautiful setting. From the back deck, we could look out onto beautiful gardens and a small pond. The home itself was lovely and cozy, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was an easy drive to Portland and Sebago Lake. We would definitely recommend staying here!

What a truly enchanting place! The home was impeccably clean and adorned with charming decorations that added to its warmth. Our absolute favorite moment was savoring our morning coffee in the picturesque backyard, embraced by the stunning trees lining the property. My kids had an amazing time making s'mores by the fire pit and exploring every nook of the backyard. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

Great apartment within walking distance to Old Port and many great restaurants. It was especially nice that we were able to bring our senior dog. There's a croissanterie around the corner called Belleville and it's open Fri/Sat/Sun. Yum! It was lovely to have a deck and to be able to sit outside. A+

This place is a gem. Location is perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants & beach. Pete & Holly were personable & thought of everything you would need to be comfortable. It was very clean & the grounds were beautifully kept. We would highly recommend this property.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

An absolute gem of a place in the perfect location. You can walk anywhere from it, it’s in the action but also quiet at the same time. Was the perfect place for the perfect trip. Heidi was so nice and helpful!

I booked this place last minute to have a night to myself with a good book and a peaceful environment. The little a-frame was exactly as described. Ended up meeting a family from upstate New York who shared a burger with me and a couple laughs. Felt totally safe there being on my own, walked around the desert for a while before settling in for the night. It was cozy, relaxing and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice looking out the window and listening to the sound of rain. Doug was great, responsive and gave me all the instructions for a seamless check in and check out. Would definitely go back. Get spot for the great outdoors. Pamela was super responsive! The cabin maxes out at 3 guest, keep that in mind when booking.

We have stayed at Jackies place twice now and enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Even though it rained for two days the house is plenty big enough to spread out. We had to change our reservation days twice because of circumstances and Jackie was very accomidating..

What an amazing hosts! When i check in they both came and visited and gave me a grand tour of things of the place. Showed where the lake was to kayak, recommended places to eat, and visited. Michael was quick to respond making sure i was doing great. I would totally go back and rent their place again! Thank you so much!

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!
