The location of Kat’s place is wonderful and beautiful. Just a few minutes from my friend’s apartment which made it so easy to spend time for our wknd together. This is an in law unit so you can hear what’s going on upstairs. But being from the city I was aware and prepared. I really enjoyed the small touches with coffee and chips prepared for us. The laundry was helpful too bc I don’t like packing dirty laundry home. For the value I would stay again no question. Thanks for sharing your home with us Kat.

Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! I stayed with my family for 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay and felt right at home.

This place delivers in its promises. Monique is a very responsive, helpful host, answering our questions within minutes, and the apartment had everything we needed. Everything is nicely labelled so easy to find, with nice extra touches like welcoming chocolates. We sat out in the little courtyard under the flowering rose, then into the cosy indoors as evening fell. We did a load of washing, cooked a meal - the hotplate works really well - and slept well. We chose the location as very close to friends, but it is also close to shops, charming restaurants and easy to get around. Highly recommended.

If we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay here again!! The bathroom was large and the two person tub was so relaxing. Patio was perfect to sit outside and look at the view of Golden Gate Bridge and also great view from the bed at night or morning. Awesome place for a great price!!!

Super nice, exactly as pictured. Very clean! Great bathroom with great water pressure. Super quiet, really chill. Neighborhood is quiet too. Easy to get to BART, maybe 5-10min walk. I didn't hear anyone above me. Very easy self checkin. Would recommend!!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. His keen interest in getting to know his guests through thoughtful questions made the experience feel personal and engaging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Malcolm's attentive nature really enhanced my visit!

My partner and I slept like a dream in the extremely comfortable bed. The location is so perfect right across from the beach and has great cafes in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great space to stay! Laura had a very well stocked kitchenette. Coffee, water, and pretty much anything you may need to make a quick meal. Iron was also included which really came in handy. The outdoor area was also such a nice perk.

I had a great stay. The check in instructions were the best I’ve ever seen, I knew exactly where to go. And although I didn’t take advantage of it, I appreciated the offer of an early check in.

Exactly as advertised - cozy, quiet, private space in the Belmont hills. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water in the shower! I was a solo traveler and felt safe.

This is the second time we have stayed at Christine’s place. It is perfect for when we visit family — everything we need and within a few blocks of family. This time we had a chance to meet Christine as she was out working in her garden. Delightful! As I have told her, we plan to make her place our choice place for future visits to Alameda.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal—close to iconic landmarks and great dining, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the outdoor patio was a wonderful bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. Samson was responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

James was always pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. He was also accommodating when anything was needed. The place was lovely, comfortable and pristine with all the necessary items one would need. From the very private back deck surrounded by beautiful green foliage the view was awesome...a perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee.

Stephanie has a great setup here and for me it worked perfectly. I was able to use the San Francisco and Bay Area transit for all my connections. The availability of laundry meant I was able to travel ultra-light. The decent internet connections mean I could work early and late before I set out for the day and later after I came back. Others have written about transit noise, but I slept very soundly indeed. A comfy bed and good shades are provided..

Joshua’s place is a great home base to explore San Francisco from - very well accommodated and easy access to public transit. Lots of cafes and corner stores located nearby as well. Joshua himself is a very helpful and mindful host with a lot of great suggestions for the neighborhood and the city!

21 Rue Henny was a great studio apartment for our 9-day stay in San Francisco. The apartment was just as described. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. There is not a kitchen, but the food prep area was just what we needed - kuerig coffee, kettle and tea, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. We especially liked that there was a small room off the main room which gave a place for our suitcases and for hanging our clothes. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was usually available near the rental (if not, parking along the park at the bottom of the street was alway available). There are many restaurants in the area. We especially liked the restaurants on West Portal, about 1 mile to the east, and on Taraval, even closer. Access to public transportation was also excellent, with Muni trains and many buses in the area. We will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay in this charming little spot! I was in town visiting friends and Golden Gate Park, so it was a perfect location. I was glad to be warned about the parking being limited, but I got lucky and was just there for the weekend, so I was able to park on the street nearby -could see my car from the front window. It was nice to have access to the closet to hang things up and tuck my bag in. Kelly’s restaurant recommendations were great, there’s so much nearby to check out! I loved the little market down the road and my friends took me to Fiorella, which was delicious and everyone was happy cause they had vegetarian options and gluten free pasta!

Most of my communication was with the co-host Crystal. She was very nice and responsive. She allowed us to check in an hour early. We had an issue with the TV and the remote. Crystal came over and fixed the issue right away. The airbnb was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stayed and would recommend it to others if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Daly City/SF area for a good price!
