Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South San Gabriel

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

The place is wonderful! It was super clean and very modern! The one downside is the water pressure is quite low and does take some time to heat up for the shower! Overall the place is great for a group of 4! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

I’ve stayed at Trinities two times now and each trip has been perfect. Really nice space with a safe spot to park. Trinity always shows great hospitality and is there if you need something. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit LA

Where do I start Mark was very respectful ,🏡 very direct easy to communicate with hospitality⛱️🌻 is through the roof, definitely didn't feel like I had to sleep with 1eye opened 😹😹😹 and His house 🏠 was also Peaceful

Sherry has a nice house at a good price for staying in the area. The backyard was quite spacious and house had everything you generally needed. Sherry was very responsive and gave very clear good directions that made check-in easy late at night. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Sean was nice and welcoming, we arrived late but he greeted us in person and showed everything we needed to know. The room, bathroom and kitchen were clean and comfy, we had such good sleeps here and we had our own privacy. Really great place to explore LA from. Would definetaly come back again!

Great value stay, host didn't speak much English but was there to greet me when I arrived and show my room. Microwave in room was great addition for easy zap dinner and breakfast. Walmart right down street.

William's place was great for 2 of us. We each had our own rooms and shared 1 bathroom. We had plenty of pots/ pans to cook a few meals and the Ranch 99 was minutes away for grocery shopping. William responded quickly when the tub was not draining well and it was fixed immediately. The location is convenient to the cities around the San Gabriel Valley as it is just off I-10.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We had a great stay at William's place. It was very clean and roomy. You do hear the neighbors at some time but nothing bad. We would consider staying there again the next time we visit LA. Thanks William!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!
