Holiday rentals with beach access in South Sarasota

Enjoyed our stay so much at Kyle’s condo! Easy to find/check ourselves in, within walking distance to the beach and a lot of local restaurants, and included everything we needed - plus some! Kyle was quick to respond when we did reached out & gave us a bunch of great local recommendations prior to the start of our visit. I would absolutely recommend this stay to a friend or anyone coming to the area - 10/10. Thank you again so so much for helping make this trip easy, breezy & one to remember.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Casa Del Sol II is a great place to stay. It’s always clean and has everything you need. Location is wonderful, you can walk pretty much everywhere.

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

This place is perfect for any couple staying a couple nights on the beach. House was really clean and the hoist was very quick at replying. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We had a great stay! The house was exactly like the photos and was very fresh and clean! Instantly felt like a tropical vacation when we walked in. Check in was easy and Michael was awesome with his quick responses, flexible early check in and local recommendations! We went to Walt’s fish market as he suggested and it was so worth it! Amazing seafood! Definitely looking forward to booking this airbnb again when we visit! The house is in a great area so close to everything! Highly recommend!

Great location and easy to access Tamiami Trail. Very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bonny was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a lovely time!

We had a wonderful time here ! The attention to detail was so much appreciated ! Gigi had homemade chocolate chip cookies for us upon arrival and brand new dog toys for our fur babies. There were also mints on the bed pillows in both guest rooms. She provided dog bowls and an adorable sign welcoming us to the home. The house was spotless and super cozy. Our dogs loves the fenced in yard. Highly recommend ! Gigi was a phenomenal host and we’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and not had warm and welcoming touches like she had. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, very clean and had everything we needed. Instructions very clear and the pie waiting for us in the fridge was much appreciated! The beach gear was a nice touch, just a pity the weather wasn’t kind to us.

We highly recommend staying at Bill’s! He was very accommodating and answered all our questions very quickly. The condo was very clean- the linens and towels smelled so fresh- and had everything you needed for the perfect beach day. The pool area was also beautiful. The location of the condo was perfect! The private beach area was a short walk across the street and way less crowded than the touristy siesta key beach area. However, that area of beach was about 1/2 mile walk down the beach and made for a good lunch/bathroom spot since there aren’t restaurants/bathrooms on the private beach access. We made great use of the free trolley as there were stops right near the condo. We recommend using the breeze app to make tracking the trolley easy. If you’re in a rush, Ubers are also readily available and usually less than $10 and less than a ten minute ride to everywhere you’d want to go- ie. Siesta Key Village, Captain Kurt’s etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This wasn’t our first time at the Sun Bum … it’s the perfect get away spot. As close to the beach as you can get, has everything you need, and the hosts are BEYOND accommodating. We came for our birthday and they had a birthday banner hung on the wall waiting with a bottle of prosecco. They really make you feel special! If you’re looking for a wonderful spot for you and your spouse, this is the place!!

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!

Julie was a fantastic host. Responded to all questions in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure my girls group had a good time! Trolley service is at the curb to take you to the village or elsewhere. Restaurants are right across the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so no cooking was needed for us! Thank you for a great experience.

I consider myself a seasoned veteran traveler… So when I walked into an Airbnb in Lido Beach, I wasn't sure what to expect actually. I pleasantly surprised. Unit number 12 is perfect for me. located in the corner of the small property where multiple units were located. Nice pool, nice shaded paths excellent landscaping it just felt good to be there :-) Every time I travel, I take an assessment of the things I need to go buy. You know simple things the kitchen or for a walk to the beach. This team had everything including the beach chairs. I would highly recommend this property. This host in this area. I just purchased a property in Sarasota area and I will try to use this spot again as my secret getaway. Awesome experience.
