Perfect short stay in Park Slope with Ian and Patrick in their very beautiful home. It's a lovely area with lots of great cafes and restaurants - the apartment is a short walk to the subway and Prospect Park. Ian and Patrick were great hosts and the room had everything I needed (inc. a very comfortable bed).

Nice place, nice people. Entire place was very clean, and offered all the amenities that made it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked. Grocery shopping within walking distance, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Various subway stations were just a short walk away, making transportation easy without a car. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

Sable's space was great! I felt safe and there was more than enough room which is rare in NY apartments. Even though it was raining that weekend, having a little back patio was lovely. Definitely would stay here again.

Very easy to find, cozy apartment very close to lots of public transportation options. Veronica was very friendly, Desi was beyond adorable. I would definitely stay with Veronica again if I have the option to do so next time I need to go to NYC.

This home was lovely. The roof had beautiful NYC skyline views. The neighborhood was very safe. It was a 7 minute walk to the subway. There are some yummy bagels restaurants nearby and other great restaurants. Nicole was very responsive with a question that we had. It was truly a magical experience there. We truly recommend it. It was a beautiful apartment in a darling neighborhood.

Great studio apartment. Plenty of room for 2 people with a 24 hour deli right below. Felt very safe as it was also right next to the police station. Easy to get to with transit nearby. Only downside is it’s quite far from the city so keep in mind it will take about 45 min -1 hour to take public transportation to most touristy areas in the city. Overall, the apartment was great and we didn’t have any issues!

Edgar’s place was perfect for my brief trip to Brooklyn. Located near public transportation. Edgar was friendly and accommodating. Great, clean place for the price. Loved the cat!

My niece and I had a great time! The rooms were gorgeous and the kitchen was so cute! We felt truly right at home. The PATH was literally right down the road so we were able to easily access Jersey and New York as much as we wanted, not to mention all the goings is just in the neighborhood as well. There was no lack of things to do. It was such a great trip!

I had to be in Bed-Stuy for a week and found Jonathan’s place convenient. It was also clean and spacious enough for me to feel comfortable for a week. Jonathan was communicative, but not overly so, and responded quickly when I had a concern. Would recommend this place if you’re not a light sleeper - there is a train very close to the apartment that is loud.

I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

Nice, relatively quiet/peaceful Brooklyn neighborhood, easy to park on the street and close to several train lines. Enough space for two couples (if you’re close friends - the murphy bed is in between the back bedroom and the bathroom) or a small family, with a cute little back patio seating area. Sean was especially nice and made check in, etc. super easy. Recommend Before Coffee down the street and the Northern Italian restaurant Testo right next door.

Romel was a great host, I remember I was about to park my car at a garage and he told me about all the ample parking in the neighborhood and it's all free. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of stores to buy anything in case you forgot something like we did. Tons of bodegas around for good, cheap eats. We had our car and it was easy to explore the rest of Brooklyn from the apartment, but even if you don't have a car there's a L train stop nearby to make things easy to get around NYC as a whole. Next time I visit Brooklyn I'm going to stay here.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. Highly recommend this place - such a great apartment and overall experience!

Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
