Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Tampa

Boyd helped us out when we were in need of a last minute place to stay due to plumbing issues at our house. He was quick to respond and was kind and helpful in our crazy situation. While we weren't exactly on vacation, it was nice to be able to walk two blocks to get dinner, coffee, and shop- a perfect and must needed distraction. We hope we won't need a local airbnb again, but if we do, this will be at the top of our list.

We had a great stay! There was great communication from the host, the house was conveniently located, it was easy to find everything in the house, and it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

The space was spotless! Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Thoughtful amenities throughout the home. Host was extremely responsive. The location was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The host and others mentioned the road noise. It really wasn’t a problem for us but having the Alexa for white noise was a great addition. Highly recommend!

Christy and Kaye made it easy for us to enjoy our stay .. we requested for an early checkin and late checkout as we had odd connections, that despite being made last minute, were accommodated in friendly manner after their due diligence with Cleaning Agency and Bookings. All of us had a comfortable stay and we look forward to coming again whenever in future. Thank you very much 😊

Great stay here, very clean, Location was very close to a Walmart which was very convenient …Awesome backyard -The kids had lots of fun between the pool, golf, cornhole, as well as the indoor basketball, and darts. Hosts were very responsive and had great communication. Plenty of space and beds to hold a large group of us comfortably. Would stay here again if ever visiting the area !

Love this place and Linda was a great host! She was attentive to our texts and even let us in early which was a lifesaver with three kids and an early flight in. Even with three boys this cozy apartment fit us comfortably. Beautiful neighborhood too, I felt safe enough to walk with my three boys to the gas station while my wife took a nap. 10 out of 10 Thanks Linda!

I would recommend this space to others! I know it was my nice because my mom mentioned it several times haha. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I especially liked sitting on the deck. Below are just some highlights and considerations for others. Highlights: As described Clean Spacious Very safe Enough space for two cars parking one in front of the other Beautiful mango tree out front There’s a neighborhood Peacock! Beds are comfy Communicative hosts Convenient location for walking and/or driving to places easily Full kitchen and laundry with supplies including dishes, basic seasonings, laundry detergent, tea kettle, the keurig thing, body wash, etc Considerations: Parking is narrow and when there’s someone in both a and b. It can feel too close to the fence or close to the trash cans depending on which side you’re on. 10am feels like an early checkout to me. I wish it was at least 11am like hotels since they still have the 4pm check in.

Clean, cute little place. Has a small fridge/freezer, not the big one in the pics, if you need that. The mattress on the bed was kinda weird, but overall this was a great place for the value. Very clean and tidy, quiet and private.

Michael’s place was quite comfortable with all the high tech touches. We had plenty of room For the four of us to stretch out, relax, and be quite comfortable. Condo was walking distance to coffee shops and food venues. Easy on and off highway. Looking forward to going back! 😊 thanks

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Everything was just as it was stated in the post and the inside was even nicer than the pictures. Sharon is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
