Cabin holiday rentals in South Wales

Our stay here was beautiful!! The area is so pretty and peaceful. Lots of walks and trails and the town is not too far away. The town is also lovely with lots of great shops and cafes to mooch around. The lodge itself was welcoming, bright and smelt lovely upon arrival! Very clean and spacious. Beth was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations on the local area as well as making sure we had everything we needed.

A very big thank you to Carley and John, the cottage made a perfect getaway for us both we loved the little touches made and how at home we felt the minute you walk through the door! The area was peaceful and secluded. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you again! 🫶

Cedar Lodge was beautiful! Really peaceful and just what we needed. Unfortunately the shower had broke the day before we were due to arrive, Melanie kindly let us know and said she will give us part of our money back. Very kind! We unfortunately had to leave a day early and Melanie totally understood and has offered us a discount if we book again. The lodge was spotless, and very relaxing. We went into Bridgnorth which was beautiful and we had a lovely roast dinner in a local pub. Highly recommend staying at Cedar Lodge! Thanks again Melanie xx

Just book it!!! We booked this extremely last minute, so options were really tight. But i’m so glad we got hold of here, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you're a family or just a couple. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The garden area is all enclosed, so totally safe for kids to be out playing! The hosts were so lovely. Welcomed us on arrival and explained everything. Great little base if you want to do some exploring around Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. I wish we had longer, but we will be back! Thanks x

Just had an amazing weekend at Terrys cabin. It was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, just what we needed to switch off. Everything was as described and Terry went above and beyond. He recommended the local pub for food and it was one of the nicest meals out we’ve ever had. Not far from Ludlow castle which is a lovely day out. Will 100% be booking again and already recommended to family.

The outdoor space was AMAZING for children. Huge garden space with goals and a little slide and swing. The peacefulness is guaranteed. The lodge itself was spacecious with everything you could need (and this is where Sam doesn't shout about the thoughtfulness of the lodge - I haven't been to another Airbnb where toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, a sponge, tea/coffee/sugar are there to start you off so that you can rock up and just start your holiday - huge thank you for this Sam). The beds are very comfortable. The games room space was a bonus. The hot tub was huge asset which we even used in the rain. This was maintained on our behalf during our stay. Sam was proactive contacting us on the morning of arrival and sending a dropped pin so that we found the lodge easily (again, how many hosts actually do this). When we asked about what to do about stripping beds etc. he told us not to worry and the cleaning company would do this (yay!!!!!). In short, we will be back.

We had an incredible stay here, fully relaxed and switched off for 2 days, the place and surroundings are gorgeous. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we loved the homemade blackberry vodka and bread, such a thoughtful touch. We had great communication leading up to the stay and the directions were really clear. Our only disappointment was the local pub and brewery being closed, something that we look for when booking accommodation on a trip like this is that we have a pub in walking distance however we would 100% book this accommodation again pub or no pub so everything else made up for that! Thanks for a great stay!

Visited with my 3 year old grandson for 2 nights ( wish I had booked for longer) The accommodation was idyllic and had everything needed for our stay. Very peaceful surroundings. The garden was perfect for my grandson to play as felt very safe. 5 minute walk to the beach and harbour which had a friendly vibe. Visited Tenby as so near, beautiful beaches but far too commercial for me and much preferred the more friendly village of Saundersfoot. I would highly recommend staying at this place and will definitely book again but stay for longer. Thank you Luke and Debra for sharing this piece of tranquility xx

We had a peaceful and relaxing couple of days here to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. The place is very good value for money with lots of space, beautiful views, and easy parking. Stephen was responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. There’s a lovely local pub nearby and the whole area had a calm, peaceful feel. Our dog loved it too! Would definitely recommend and hope to return again. Thanks Stephen!

We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

This little lodge was exactly what I was looking for. It was quiet, relaxing, peaceful and decorated so nicely, I felt at home immediately! There were great separate areas and the kitchen had just the right amount of basics you need. Really loved the furnishings and the décor was quaint. The bed was lovely upstairs and there was good options for heating. The place was so clean!! I had 1 night here on my own which was extremely relaxing! Loved the stay and our host was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if in the area, thank you Kirsty!

The cabin is set in a beautiful location. It is simple yet had everything we needed. Marjorie and Tom were very welcoming and helpful hosts. I’ve already booked again for next year.

This little break away was perfect for my partners 40th birthday. It was our first little break since having a baby and it was like home from home. The area was beautiful and private and the lodge was super clean. We’d definitely return for longer next time.

Perfect stay in a cosy cabin tucked away in in stunning private woodlands Highlights included the woodfire hot tub, log burner and BBQ. The cabin was well-equipped, peaceful and comfortable. Mylo was a great host - quick to respond and left nice touches like tea, coffee, and Welsh cakes. Highly recommend, especially with lovely walks and amenities in nearby Fishguard. We'll definitely be back!

Stunning cabin visited with my best friend for our 40th . I will be back with my husband gorgeous location. Highly recommend if you are a Walker or enjoy trail running. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could possibly need. Really amazing space and location. We had a wonderful time.

Georgie’s cabin is wonderful if you are looking for peace and quiet, rest and relaxation. It was just as described. It’s totally secluded and private but Georgie is just next door if needed. The fresh eggs from the hens was a lovely touch. The veranda and the views were incredible. Spent hours just gazing into the distance. We’d love to come back in a different season and get to enjoy the log burner. Wonderful place to spend a weekend. Thank you.

Just back from a magical honeymoon stay at The Hoot—absolutely fabulous….. even better than the photos. The energy is incredible: soul-soothing, serene, and full of love. Every detail has been thought of, with quirky decor and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy, and soaking in the outdoor tub during a rainstorm was amazing. Jan and Dunc are kind, thoughtful hosts who give you complete space to fully unwind. Can’t imagine anyone regretting a stay here and we will definitely return ✨🌿🛁

Kim and Neil were the perfect hosts and made me feel incredibly welcome during my stay. The accommodation had everything I needed and served as a fantastic base for walking in the Welsh Hills. I’m particularly grateful to them for supporting my booking at such short notice after another host had let me down, so thanks to them. I was able to still enjoy my trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area and certainly look forward to coming back again soon.

I really sensed that Stonehaven and Ash lodge would be a special place from the previous reviews and images, but it exceeded my expectations. The land is beautiful - to wake up to the 360 views, and to step into wild meadows and spend my days meandering thorugh the woodland and down by the river was all I could have asked for. Ash lodge is so sweet and stylishly put together, made by hand and with love, again I could ask for nothing, lovely books to read, woodburner, all the comforts and done in an environmentally conscious way. I have only good things to say about this lovely land and I and look forward to seeing Ryan and Katyas journey with Stonehaven, I trust it will become a special place for lots of people. Ryan and Katya were very kind,warm welcoming and expressed sincerely that they would help in any way they could during my stay if needed. I can't wait to return to what feels like a home from home. Steve’s place is amazing. It’s got everything you need for a great stay and all the little extras you might have not thought about. Kitchen is fully equipped to a very good standard, bathrooms have little baskets which include toothpaste, brushes, sanitary towels and more…shower gels, shampoos etc all plenty available throughout the place. Place is clean and spacious. Hot tub and sauna are great, it’s overall been a very relaxing experience.

A truly magical stay! This woodland cabin is the perfect escape — peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect with nature, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back
