Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Southbank

Great place, clean and perfect size. The location is great, you are close to train, bus, shops and to the beach. The noise from the main street is there, so be mindful of it. We stayed for 5 night so we didn’t really mind , our daughter slept in the back bedroom so it was ok. But it’s a noisy area (cars passing ) from 7:00 am til 8:00 pm so it can bother someone. Over all we had a lovely stay and it was perfect for what we did. Thank you to the host for taking care of us.

Robyn was the most courteous host anyone could wish for nothing, was too much trouble. Her home is beautiful and everything was provided. All amenities provided and she add sure our stay was as comfortable as possible I could not fault Robyn or her property in any way and it was a privilege to meet her and stay in her home. Thank you.

62 Millers Road, Seaholme, is a fantastic property in a prime location. Its proximity to the beach, parks, and walking trails makes it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The home offers a well-thought-out layout, spacious rooms, and modern amenities, making it both functional and comfortable. The area is quiet yet conveniently connected, with Seaholme train station and bus routes nearby, providing easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs. Local schools, cafes, and shops are just a short drive away, adding to its appeal. The neighborhood’s relaxed, community-focused vibe makes it an excellent place to live. Overall, 62 Millers Road is a perfect combination of location, convenience, and quality living.

Anastasia was great to deal with. The two units were generously equipped with basic staples and treats. We were provided with milks and breads requested (for a mix of adults and children). Location is great. Very near town and public transport but not a noisy neighbourhood. Off street parking was appreciated and secure. Didn't get to use backyard facilities but would be great in warmer weather or if we'd had more time.

JP's house is one of, if not the, nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at. The location is great, with an easy walk to Gertrude, Smith, or Brunswick Streets and a short tram ride into the CBD. There's so much to see and do nearby. The interior of the house is beautifully designed and very pleasant to spend time in, it feels even bigger than it looks in the listing photos. We had a toddler and infant with us and it was a very family friendly space with a swing set in the back yard that our toddler loved and a great playground just down the street, with just some glass art on lower shelves to watch out for. The wifi was a little spotty at times so maybe not ideal for work travel, but for a holiday to Melbourne I really can't recommend it highly enough and would love to stay there again.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

Imran was a great host, quick to respond and amazing, friendly to communicate with. House was lovely, clean, and we felt right at home. Keyless entry/exit was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about forgetting the keys anywhere. Spacious backyard and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook with Imran.

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

A great, quiet location that is close to transport and restaurants. The apartment is really well appointed with nice homely touches. The deck was a great surprise and a lovely place to end the day.

Place was really clean and the whole complex has a lot of good facilities. The location was excellent as it was only a five minute walk from Melbourne central station and even closer to the Elizabeth st tram line. Highly recommend staying here

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!

Gökcan was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay there. The apartment was a hit as it is so convenient and near to Coles which was very helpful for us (family with young children). Will definitely come back when we visit Melbourne!

Outstanding in every way...we loved our four night stay! Shellie and John were so thoughtful...when we walked in the fire was going and the candles lit, so warm and cosy. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. All the amenities were great and sustainable environmentally friendly products were supplied...oh and the food hamper had delicious treats and an extensive supply of breakfast food. The grounds with tall trees and the variety of bird life made it a perfect piece of paradise to relax in. It was also in a great location...a short walk to local shops and cafes and only a short drive to parks and other shopping areas, one being Olinda. We certainly hope to stay at Chudleigh Park cabins again sometime, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and/or explore all the hills offer.

This was one of the best experiences that my partner and I ever had. My partner and I appreciate the attention to details that you don't often see these days. From the friendly check ins, the cute food hamper, cake deliveries and food to feed the birds that visit you throughout the day. The views are stunning, spa bath is on point and even though you feel that you are deep in the forest, you are only a 5min walk away from local shops and cafes. Perfect if you feel like nesting amongst nature with a fireplace. If you're um-ing and ah-ing to book - just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking this beautiful accommodation again!!!

Beautiful cosy cabin for 1-2 people (and your own furry friend). Well stocked kitchen and welcome plate of cookies and chocolates. Malcolm was easy and friendly to deal with. The property is beautiful and spacious for walking around with your dog, and it's well located to small townships and things to see in the area. Would recommend.

We loved staying at Lisa’s property. It was very cosy with both the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The bathroom was gorgeous and the house was styled very well. Lisa left marshmallows and little snacks for us which was so kind. Leo the cat was so cute and great company! A lovely place for a little weekend getaway with friends, we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing, relaxing stay in this beautiful cottage. It was so cozy and warm, and it had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts were lovely to deal with. They were very prompt with any messages and responses, provided clear instructions and information. We will be recommending friends to stay this very lovely accommodation. Sassafras is always lovely, but this accomodation made it even more special. Thanks for having us!

I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the quiet serenity and privacy offered at Botanica Retreat. The gardens are beautiful offering a very peaceful setting and was exactly what I needed for my break. It’s very close to the village, close to walking paths and has everything you need. It’s very homey, beautifully appointed furniture, linens, decor etc, and Karen offers some really nice touches to make it feel like home. Will definitely be back!
