Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Southbank

Thank you for our city stay. We had a really nice weekend. Your location was spot on for us and the city view for beautiful Much roomier than a hotel for the 3 of us The only constructive criticism would be to figure out the heating at the start of the stay! We were very hot and the control panel was stuck in a setting

Perfect place for staying in Melbourne. The apartment is modern, cozy and the view is amazing. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all touristic points and public transport. It is in a quiet location, close to the CBD and lots of restaurants and bars. Trapero was very friendly and responsive at all times…there was a small unforeseen issue, and he quickly provided a solution for it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Julie has put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this listing. The must stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an airbnb, ample kids toys, beautiful bathrooms. The tram was right outside our door, which did have a little noise, however, it is quieter in the bedrooms. The beds were lovely and soft and the rooms were all a lot larger than I had anticipated. A very nice stay in Melbourne for our family, it felt like home. Our 3 year old also enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day out exploring.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

We had a great stay at Chad's apartment during our weekend in Melbourne! There is plenty of space to relax and feel at home, with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and an incredible view!!! Chad was also super helpful with helping us obtain a spare key and was very flexible around check in and check out times. We would certainly look to stay again next time we are in Melbourne :)

Shame we couldn’t access the pool, that information could have been included with the photos of the pool. Everything else was great.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, pristine, and very easy to find—even though we arrived late in the evening after a long flight, we were able to check in smoothly and rest right away. The host was kind enough to make last-minute arrangements for key collection, which we really appreciated. The apartment is located right in the heart of Melbourne, close to all the must-visit spots. The amenities were complete, and everything we needed was readily available. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, and everything was well-maintained. The only minor downside was the lack of response regarding our late checkout request—we were hoping for an update in the morning but didn’t hear back. Still, it didn’t take away from our overall positive experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again the next time we’re in Melbourne! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

I’m glad to have stayed at Aster’s place once again—this time at a different listing. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right opposite Southern Cross Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. With trams just around the corner, exploring the city was easy and accessible. It was a smooth and pleasant stay overall, and I’ll happily choose Aster’s place again the next time I’m in Melbourne.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had an excellent stay at Vik’s apartment, everything was as described or better. It is centrally located with good amenities that have been kindly provided by Vik, the swimming pool and gym are very handy and Vik is a great communicator and ensured we had everything that we needed. One negative was the blonde lady on reception, for whatever reason she seemed to go out of her way to be rude to us, it felt as though she treated us with disdain specifically because we were Airbnb customers, whenever I needed to speak with her or ask for information she went out of her way to make it difficult. I obviously wouldn’t mark vik’s score down for this because it has nothing to do with him and is out of his control. We loved our stay! Thanks Vik

Simon and Pier are great host. Check in was very easy. The place is very nice and has lots to do, from board games to books and local melbourne recommendation guides. So close to everything, tram, DFO, restaurants and casino night life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Melbourne.

Vincent's place was great for our girls birthday weekend. The place was lovely and clean and in the perfect position to see Melbourne city.
