Holiday rentals with a patio in Southbank

We had a lovely time in the apartment, with very easy access to transportation, and many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance or a quick free tram ride away. Southern Cross Station is a five minute walk, which gives you access to regional and Metro trains, too. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. Though we didn't actually use them, the gym and pool are great perks. We would happily stay here again.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Siobhan’s accommodation matched our needs perfectly. We drove to Melbourne with our cavoodle on board. Undercover, secure car park was perfect. The neighbourhood had everything on hand in terms of cafes, retail therapy, arts and entertainment. The apartment had everything we needed. Siobhan went the extra mile to cover all bases with kitchen, laundry and bathroom supplies. We also enjoyed the pool, gym and tennis court. We had a great stay thank you.

What an amazing stay, i had at this property. It was absolutely beautiful, a serene space nestled away from the chaos of the city while being walking distance from everything. Not to mention that spa and pool was unreal. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making this such a lovely experience. I can’t wait to be back 💞

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Easy to find, comfortable, hope to stay again next time

Beautiful , aesthetically pleasing well appointed apartment. Quality linen , utensils in kitchen and other amenities.Close to public transport and short drive to CBD.loved our stay . Would love to stay again . Anna’ s communication was excellent .

Lee’s place was fantastic for overnight stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, bars, theatre district. Parking on site was very convenient. Small car recommended. I would not hesitate to stay at Lee’s place again.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

A fabulous location for events at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Check-in process easy and efficient. Great views.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
