Holiday rentals with a patio in Southbank

We loved staying at Lina for a second time, the apartment is clean & welcoming, & suited our needs well. Alix & Taj communicate everything well before, during & after our stay, it was easy to pick up keys, great location being just a short walk from the MCEC & the Crown, & the CBD is just over the bridge from there, or you can take a tram if it's raining. We hope to stay there again next time. Best wishes, & thanks again.

Very convenient location eg walkable to Melbourne Convention & Exhibition centre. A few nice cafes & a Woolies metro within a few hundred meters.

Host is responsive and helpful. Apartment is as pictured, clean, lots of sunlight during daytime. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Recommend to stay.

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Lee’s place was fantastic for overnight stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, bars, theatre district. Parking on site was very convenient. Small car recommended. I would not hesitate to stay at Lee’s place again.

• We stayed here for 5 nights — 2 adults and 3 kids. • My wife and the kids loved the apartment and how spacious it was. • The location and proximity to everything were excellent. • Peter was a great host, and I found it very easy to communicate with him. • He was proactive and clear in his communication. • Although I didn’t meet him in person, it didn’t feel that way at all. He was very flexible and helpful in accommodating different situations. • Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again on our next visit

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

Staying in the apartment on level 63 was nothing short of spectacular. The panoramic views from this height are absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. It's quiet, private, and gives you a true sense of being above it all. Whether you're relaxing with a glass of wine or working remotely, this apartment offers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! James was quick to respond to our messages and ensured we checked in and out with no hiccups. 10/10 :)
