We are located 20 minutes form Salem, 20 minutes from Paoli and Paoli Peak, and 35 minutes from Frenchlick Casino The kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, double hot plate and, grill on the outdoor firepit or grill. This quaint apartment home is about five miles east of Bloomington and the IU Campus on Hwy 446. The property borders Hoosier National Forest and adjoins 8 miles of hiking trails, with just a short trek to Lake Monroe and a mile to Paynetown SRA. The living room has a wall of windows that looks out over the woods. A bright and airy kitchen w/ all major appliances is off of the living room. An interesting bedroom with a dormer and a large bathroom/ laundry room complete the home.

Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pine Tree Cottage is a cozy spacious efficiency apartment located at Woodcrest Farm. Our farm is a great location for a relaxing getaway. Walking trails and a relaxing garden and garden house is available for our guests. Woodcrest Farm is close to Hoosier National Forest, Spring Mill State Park and the Milwaukee Walking Trail, all within less than 1/2 hour traveling distance.

You’re a short walk to the Indiana University sports complex (Football, Basketball and Baseball), and you are a quick drive to the IU Campus, Downtown Bloomington, the IU Health Hospital, and Griffy Lake & Nature Preserve. The Garden Studio is located in a secluded backyard surrounded by gardens, pond and waterfall.
