We are on the North Umpqua River in the Umpqua National Forest. This region of the Oregon Cascades is referred to as "Oregon's Emerald-Jewel Gateway" to Crater Lake NP. We are centrally located on the North Umpqua Trail, with easy drives to trailheads, waterfalls & the Umpqua Hot Springs. NO PETS Allowed

Close to Westmoreland park, Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and the U of O Campus area. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants, grocery, & shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special.
