Private, quiet and roomy space is perfectly located off the main roads but still close to the beach. This space was designed and built as a guest suite when the main house was built. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Enjoy a drink on the ground-level deck or at the fire pit patio area. The beach is just a 15 minute stroll. Tranquil and relaxing, you'll be Swept Away!

The Live Oak Cottage is a beautiful guest house situated under sprawling live oak trees. The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top + more. Sit back and relax on your private deck with a grill or walk to the beach in just 5 minutes.

This 1 bedroom stand alone apt is incredible, its tucked into a unique space thats totally private yet close to all the northern Outer Banks has to offer. It has two large decks and 1 has views of the ocean. Follow the grass driveway to the street and walk 100ft to the ocean. You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.

Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
