What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Great location, very close to the beach. Has big covered parking under the house so you can park jet skis or boat there. Will stay again

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Very quiet area on a dead end road. Short Uber to Siesta Key or downtown Sarasota. Clean and comfortable. The bed and couch are very soft. Small, cozy space great for 1-2 people.

Williams place at lido key was perfect for my 7 night beach vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach but also had a pool. It was a very peaceful stay. William responded within a reasonable time every time I needed to reach out. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a week stay. Close to restaurants and shops as well. Overall a beautiful place to stay if you need a peaceful beach vacation! Will be back for sure!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Location was perfect. Just a few minutes from Siesta Key and Turtle beach. The home was very clean and spacious. The enclosed back porch was peaceful and if we had stayed longer I would have definitely used it more. The door to the back porch was glass and did not have a secure lock or shades on it so that made me a little uncomfortable at night. Other than that, I would definitely recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and not far from stores and restaurants.

David & Susan’s place was perfect and just as listed. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it feels very quiet and secluded. The location is very convenient and Siesta Key was only a short uber away. David was also generous enough to let us checkout a little because of our flight delay and was super friendly during our check-in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Paulette was an incredible host, very responsive to inquiries. House was very nice and beautifully decorated. Location overall is great, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood is noisy as the home is on a busy street, but that is probably the only negative we could think of. We will be talking to Paul and Paulette about renting again.

This is a very comfortable home with lovely beachy touches. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, there are two modern bathrooms, and everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two very nice living areas to spread out in and relax at the end of the day. The pool was clean and a treat after a hot day sightseeing. It is better value than a hotel, especially with children or, like us, three friends who had their own room. The street is a quiet one within walking distance of Arlington Park and within 10-20 minutes of Sarasota, St Armands Circle and Siesta Key. Our host Kayla was super helpful and easy to contact. My friends and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very well-equipped with everything—and more—that our family needed for a perfect beach vacation. We absolutely loved the location, especially being able to walk barefoot from the house straight onto the beautiful sands of Siesta Key Beach. It made everything so easy and relaxing. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back
