Welcome to "ESCATTOU". Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). Charming little village house in a completely quiet cul-de-sac, with a cozy little interior garden. Fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, outdoor garden, and a barbecue for grilling. 2 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine and its own relaxation area, shower room, and toilet. It has a private entrance, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and a living room in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The exteriors have a balcony, terrace with barbecue, pool access and garden. Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 5 km from Sommieres and close to many typical classified villages in Circulade.

At the exit of the village of Valflaunès, discover our family farmhouse with stunning views of the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus. All around, holm oaks, pines, vines and scrubland. Enjoy the calm of the place, the heated pool but also the Jacuzzi: at sunset, it's just magical! In winter, a good fireplace or a game of foosball will delight the whole family!
