The apartment has two toilets , one of them equipped with shower cabin, washing machine and dryer. The airport of Lamezia Terme and the Caronte thermal baths are about 10 kilometers away.

the loft is located in VIA GALLIANO 45 In the center of Soverato, the small loft is an open space on the street. Ideal for two people, any third person to host on a sofa bed. The studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, washer-dryer, TV, phone, linens (bed and bathroom), iron, microwave. At the entrance to the house, 150 security deposit must be given for any damages, which will be returned at the end of the stay, minus the electricity consumption.
