You will stay in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in the parking lot with barrier of the residence. You will enjoy a pleasant and private environment just a 10-15 min walk from the hyper-center of Valence and a 10-15 min drive from the Valence North and South highway exits. 20 min walk from Valence city train station and less than 15 min drive from Valence TGV train station. 1 min walk from La Cartoucherie, the moving image center, and its park.

We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

The accommodation is fully equipped, with the sleeping area upstairs. The living area features an extra sofa that can accommodate one person. Very good starting point for discovering Ardèche and Valence. The Viarhona is nearby and we can secure your bikes.
