Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Cosy Family Home

Country house, quietly located, within walking distance to a butcher and supermarkets, right by meadows and fields (750 m). Ideal for families, friends and longer stays: 4 bedrooms (up to 8 guests), conservatory, piano, 75" smart TV and air hockey. Fully equipped kitchen incl. barista espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Large private garden just for you with BBQ. EV wallbox and self check-in. The Black Forest, Lake Constance, Freiburg, Stuttgart and Zurich are easily reachable.

Comfortable Apartment in a Green Setting

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Beautiful granny apartment in Spaichingen

Quiet, 40 sqm accommodation in the residential area, with private bathroom and dressing room and fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the apartment, in the apartment everything is barrier-free. A 15-minute walk will take you to downtown Spaichingen, with everything you need (boutiques, discount stores, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants) A 5-minute walk will take you directly to a good Italian restaurant. No bookings from youth groups, please.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 2nd floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we will charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

The lovingly furnished apartment is quietly located in a residential area, making it the perfect base to explore Rottweil and the region’s cultural highlights. The Black Forest and the Swabian Jura invite you to enjoy nature and excursions. The apartment is fully equipped and provides everything for a relaxing stay.
