Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. To parkeringsplasser. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein i inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here you will find good sun conditions and bathing opportunities. The place has a jetty and a well-furnished plot. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to drive to the grocery store. There are also public transport services nearby.
