The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.

It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
