Our quaint humble abode is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable King bed & feeling heated floors as you step barefoot into the ensuite bathroom. Gazing out from the luxurious shower, you take in views of snow-capped mountains. Feeling refreshed, you head downstairs to the familiar smell of a tasty cup of coffee by the fireplace. After coffee, you slip into the bubbling Hot Tub while being entertained by a game of Ping-Pong. In the evening, you fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, followed by leisurely game of Pool.

The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment free of charge as a courtesy. However, availability is not guaranteed.

Carport parking for RV or trailer. Perfect for OHV toys or the BBQ cook offs. Fenced yards. Pet friendly. Laundry available. Propane BBQ onsite.

This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt.
